Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

All orders that have been cancelled before being shipped will be refunded. Unfortunately, We are not able to cancel or change an order after it has already been shipped.

What if the item I am interested in is sold out?

Our items can sell out very fast. If you are interested in a item that is sold out please email us at LindieSs@live.com and We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Handling

We ship worldwide by DHL Express. All shipments are shipped with tracking number for each order.

We only ship by DHL Express which is the fastest and safest shipping. We only charge 29.99$ for DHL Express International shipping, no matter how many items you buy. We offer free shipping for orders of $600+.

Order processing usually takes 2-3 business days for all in stock items, with delivery to take between 2-3 business days depending on destination country. Should a product be out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected.

Order processing for Bag Charms & Jewelry usually takes 5-15 business days. Please remember that each piece is made to order and fully handcrafted with love for you, so please allow us enough time to make your pieces.

You can rest assured that your order will arrive promptly and in perfect condition.

Prices

All prices are in USD and are inclusive of VAT, but EXCLUDES any custom charges (differs for each country). Please refer to your countries rules & regulations with regards to custom charges (if applicable) when receiving parcel from overseas.

Terms of Payment

The goods are delivered against payment by PayPal.

Returns

- We want our customers to be satisfied with their products. However, we cannot accept returned goods without prior agreement. Please contact us on LindieSs@live.com providing your order number and information.

- We offer exchange or refund if you don’t like the item that you have bought and you will return it in unused, perfect condition and original packaging within 14 days.

- Jewelry can not be returned.

- There will be no restocking fees. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

- The returning cost is the buyers responsibility.
